Bobinsana Hape’:
Use a pea-sized or nickel-sized amount for each nostril. Dosages can be increased over time.
Call in your guides, the spirit of hape’ and bobinsana. Thank the Tribes. Place the pipe over your heart and set an intention and prayer. Apply the medicine in each nostril. Close your eyes after application, breath slowly and calmly then sit and receive the healing benefits of this beautiful medicine throughout your whole being. Journal any insights. Give gratitude.
Bobinsana Tincture: Pray with your tincture and blow your intentions into the bottle. On an empty stomach, Take 1 dropper full under your tongue and then immediately go to bed. In the morning, observe your dreams and any messages Bobinsana has for you and write them in your journal. Spray Agua Florida Calma in your energy field, Set your intention for the day, and take the tincture again upon rising.
Store in a cool dark place. Do not use while pregnant or if trying to conceive.
